Centurion Hospice offers exceptional palliative care services to patients who have life-limiting or life-threatening illnesses. Our in-patient unit can accommodate up to 16 patients, with some staying in private rooms and others in a general ward for men and women. Additionally, we provide home-based care to patients who require it.
At Centurion Hospice, we understand the challenges faced by families caring for loved ones with life-limiting illnesses. That's why we provide support through non-perishable food items, nappies, medication, and clothing. We know that many of our patients are the breadwinners, and we want to do everything possible to ease the burden on their families during this difficult time.
We have a holistic care approach through our multidisciplinary team that includes a doctor, trained nurses, carers, social workers, and spiritual counselors.
The main aim is to ensure quality of life and prevent patients from spending their final moments in and out of hospitals which often is stressful, upsetting, and unaffordable.
