Tshwane Metro have agreed that the intersection of Lenchen Avenue and West Avenue may be closed to all traffic from 3h00 to 12h00. Please use South street and Hendrik Verwoerd avenue to get to the designated parking areas.

This intersection is very close to the finish and the closure will ensure the safety for runners as well as ensuring you a clear passage to the finish line.

Only accredited vehicles will be allowed access. Please don't block the road and argue with marshals if you are not accredited.

Did you know that taking the Gautrain to and from the venue is an option? Even on public holidays the trains from Sandton and Hatfield will arrive in time for the race. It would help if you collect your race pack before, then you won't have any stress.
