📍 Venue Parking & Access

 

• All you need to know is right here, but here are some insider tips to help you beat the traffic:

  • Carpool if you can – fewer cars = less hassle

  • Use the Gautrain – Centurion Station is just 500m from the venue!

  • N14 - Jean Avenue – less traffic than the N1

  • N1- Use Botha Ave - as an alternative

  • 2,000 safe bays at Centurion Station

  • Open from 04:00 on race day

  • Super close – only 500m to the venue

Arrive at least one hour earlier than you think you need to.

📝 Race Number Collection

• Collect at Centurion Rugby Club on:

  • Wednesday, 29 April | 15:00 – 19:00

  • Thursday, 30 April | 13:00 – 19:00

  • Friday, 1 May (Race Day) | 04:30 – 06:30

• Try to collect on Wednesday or Thursday to avoid the last-minute rush.

• Parking on race number collection days: Managed parking area

• Please use the dedicated parking area indicated above. The informal car guards is a problem close to the venue and especially in West Avenue. We are in contact with the authorities about that, and we will have measures in place to the best of our ability to mitigate the risk, but your cooperation will be part of the solution. The parking area below SuperSport Park will be managed and we will have plenty of security as well.

No chip needed — your race number is chipped and ready to go! Thanks to our partner, FinishTime.

🏕️ Club Tents & Trailers

Bring them! Just follow the rules:

• Set up between 13:00–18:00 on Thursday 30 April (No exception)

• No access for vehicles and trailers on Race Day

• No glass bottles allowed (rugby games coming up!)

• Security provided overnight, but at your own risk

​

🔁 Substitutions & Up/Downgrades (pending availability)

Allowed only at the venue on:

• Wednesday, 29 April | 15:00 – 19:00

• Thursday, 30 April | 13:00 – 19:00

• R50 admin fee applies.

• No changes on race day!
